Downloaded file from chrome wont let me open

If you cannot download a file from the Internet or save/run it, while using Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Please let us know if anything worked for you or if you have any other ideas. Fix Chrome won't open or launch on Windows PC. Make sure you have the app needed to open the file. If you do, the file may have been corrupted during the download. Delete it, then try downloading it again.

Got this error when tried to use forceFitColumns option in Chrome (v 14.0.835.202 m) Apparently, appending
